Homeowner Service Request

The Home Warranty Department is there to respond to all of your needs and to insure that the quality of your home buying experience is maintained, even after closing.  We recognize that it's not only how you begin a relationship with a customer that is important, but how you finish it.

Non-Emergency Service:

As it was explained in Warranty Program section, Megatel Homes Inc, offers the 1-11-24 program for your new home. We will contact you to schedule a walk through and go over every item in your list after 1 month, 11 months and 24 months of your closing.

In order to implement the 1-11-24 warranty program in the best efficient way, please make a note of every concerns in the Malfunction Form with as much as information possible.
Our customer care representative will contact you prior to your service schedule to take care of all issues. This form is designed to keep track of each defect through different stage of your ownership. Please provide the Warrant department with this form at your schedule follow up.
